Today Show Days Pre Convention Fridays
Just found this picture from when Mark would get to the NYC convention on a Thursday and get up really early to go outside the Today Show with groups of origami people and his posters. Arlene
I wonder if this is from Ocean Grove, NJ? I’m not much of a swimmer or sunbather - so I fondly remember Mark teaching me how to fold a Galapagos turtle out of handpainted foil he made while everyone else was in the water. I still have the model along with so many special memories of Mark 💙

DeleteYes, Arlene- you are correct- Rachael confirmed it yesterday. Looked a bit similar to OG- but now I remember we were folding under a big beach umbrella!
